Shipping Policy

Due to increased volume and covid precautions taken by logistics providers, we cannot guarantee delivery date at this time. The below are estimates only.


Processing Time (all delivery estimates are in addition to processing time)

All orders are processed within 5 business days (standard shipping). Express orders are processed within 2 business days. Please note exceptions below:

  • Orders placed between November 25th to November 30th may take up to 15 business days to be processed (standard shipping).  No change to Express orders. 
  • Orders with MTO items will ship 6-8 weeks from date of order
  • Orders with items tagged "Pre-Order <date>” will ship on or before the date listed depending on availability, with all other items in the order.

1 Estimated shipping times to major urban centres.  Rural regions can take up to 7 business days.

2 Free standard shipping to Canada and USA on all orders over $30USD.  A $15USD shipping fee applies to all orders less than $30USD.

4 International 2 includes: Australia*, Bahrain, Botswana, Brunei, Fiji, Georgia, Ghana, Kenya, Qatar, India*, Indonesia, Japan, Jersey Channel Island, Malaysia*, Mauritius, Nepal, New Zealand, Oman, Pakistan, Réunion, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Sri Lanka, UAE and Uganda.

* Out of Service Fee - Certain postal/zip codes in Australia, India and Malaysia are not serviced by our logistics provider and may incur an additional out of service fee of $25USD.  Our fulfillment team will reach out if your order will incur this fee prior to processing.

Customs & Duties for US & International Orders: 
We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties.  All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.

We ship your package, duties and taxes unpaid, and do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. For more information regarding your country's customs policies please contact your local customs office.

PLEASE NOTE: Customs may hold your package for further screenings. There is no guaranteed date of release and we cannot supply any details regarding this process. 

Incomplete Deliveries is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by the following scenarios:

  • Customer providing the wrong shipping address
  • Customer providing incorrect contact information (phone/email) - this prevents customs from being able to clear packages
  • Failure to accept delivery due to refusal to pay customs and duties
  • Failure to pick up package from carrier location after one or two logged delivery attempts by carrier

We cannot ship to parcel lockers or forwarding services.
