After placing an order, I noticed there was a promotion on the item(s) I ordered. Am I able to receive a price adjustment?
- We honor price adjustments if your order was placed within 48 hours before the start of the sale. Requests must be made within 2 days of the order or promotion, unless otherwise noted in the promotion rules.
- Price adjustments are issued as store credit and do not apply to flash sales or final sale items. Be sure to check the promotion details to confirm if a price adjustment is eligible.
- Final sale items are non-refundable and not eligible for price adjustments.
How can I see estimated prices in my currency?
We don’t have a currency converter tool on our website. We currently accept the following currencies:
- USD for the United States
- CAD for Canada
- GBP for the UK
- EUR for all EU countries

I forgot to apply my discount code. Can you help?
All discount codes must be applied at checkout—only one code is allowed per transaction. You cannot stack or combine multiple codes in a single purchase. If you forget to use your code at checkout, we can apply it afterward only if your order has not been dispatched. If your order has already shipped, we cannot apply the code, but you are welcome to use it on your next order!
Can I make changes to my order?
We're unable to make changes to an order once it has been shipped. If you'd like to make any changes, please email us at hello@tiabhuva.com before your order is dispatched.
My country is not currently listed on your shipping page, how can I order your products?
If your country is not listed, please email us at hello@tiabhuva.com with your mailing address and we will get back to you with a quote. All countries we currently ship to were a result of customers asking for them and we're always happy to add new destinations!
When will my Pre-Order Items be shipped out?
Items marked as PRE-ORDER will ship in the estimated timeframe mentioned in the description. Please note, these dates are not guaranteed, and the usual same/next business day processing time doesn’t apply. Choosing an upgraded shipping option won’t speed up the processing time for Pre-Order items. Once your Pre-Order item is ready, it will ship with the method you selected at checkout.
Is the Saree Silhouette comfortable for sitting cross-legged on the floor?
Both Tia and many of our customers have worn it to poojas and weddings where guests are required to sit on the floor with no issues. However, for brides who are required to sit on the floor for extended periods of time, we recommend test-driving the Saree Silhouette before your big day. Everyone is different and your wedding day is not the time to wear any new style of undergarment for the first time!
Which colour do you recommend for most sarees?
For most light-colored sarees, we recommend the Nude or Ivory Saree Silhouette, and for dark-colored sarees, we recommend the Black Saree Silhouette.

What size/length should I choose?

Extra short 34” length for most 5’0” (150cm) and under
Short 36" length for most 5’0” (150cm) to 5’3” (160cm)
Regular 38" length for most 5'3" (160cm) to 5’7” (170cm)
For those 5'7" (170cm) and over, we recommend tall 40" length.
If you're still unsure, measure the length of a maxi skirt that hits at your ankles (don't use pants because they fit your body differently).
My Saree Silhouette is "sticking" to my saree - why is this happening?
This is due to static and is common in countries in the northern hemisphere. We recommend washing the skirt and hanging to dry. If you are short on time, try rubbing the skirt with a dryer sheet to neutralize it.
Why do you recommend sizing down on the Saree Silhouettes?
Our skirts are made of a spandex blend material and are super stretchy. The measurements listed on our product page is of the skirt when relaxed.
