Saree School Lesson 20 - No sew blouse alteration.
A quick temporary fix - perfect for when you’re in a pinch or “borrowing” Amma’s sarees + blouses.
- Use good quality, sturdy pins and take your time to lock the safety pin (you don’t want them coming undone).
- If you look closely at the body pins in the after shots you can see some of the pins and it’s not very even - don’t be like me and take your time/redo if need be. Tip: if you have to choose, take more time on the sleeves vs body because the body will be covered by the saree.
- I only showed one side for demonstration but pin both sides so that it’s even and designs/zippers stay centered.
