How To Drape A Saree | The Gujarati Drape

Products Used:
Step #1:
Prior to starting the drape, iron the entire saree.
Step #2:
Measure out your desired pallu length and then pleat the pallu.
Step #3:
If you're okay with the length of your pallu at this point, fan out the chest pleats and iron them down.
Step #4:
Tuck your saree around your waist once.
Step #5:
Bring the pallu around your back and place it over your right shoulder.
Step #6:
Pleat the front of your saree.
Step #7:
Stagger your pleats and then tuck them in. If you have any extra fabric, fold it forward and tuck it in.
Step #8:
Add a waist chain if you'd like, and there you have the Gujarati Drape!
