Delete Your Account
This page explains how to delete your TiaBhuva.com account, including the account you use in the Tia Bhuva app for iPhone and Android.
Delete your account in the app
- Open the Tia Bhuva app and sign in.
- Go to Account → Profile.
- Under Quick Actions, tap Delete Account and confirm.
Ask us to delete your account
If you no longer have the app, email hello@tiabhuva.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We will confirm it is your account and then delete it.
What is deleted
- Your customer profile: name, email address, phone number and saved addresses.
- Your personal details on your past orders.
- Your rewards points, points history and referral details.
- Your app notification settings, notification history and registered devices.
- Your marketing profile with our email and messaging providers.
What is kept
Records of past orders and payments that we must keep for tax and accounting are kept without your name or contact details. Messages you sent our support team are not deleted automatically; ask us in your email and we will delete them too.
How long it takes
Your account is closed and you are signed out straight away. Removing your details from our store and past orders can take a few days to finish, and longer if you placed an order recently, because order records are held for a short time to handle returns and fraud checks.
