How To Drape A Saree | Gujarati Style with Two Sarees
Love the Gujarati Drape but can't decide which saree to use? Try it with both!
Products used:
Prior to starting the drape, iron both sarees and pleat the pallu on one of them.
Step #1:
Pleat the right half of the first saree.
Step #2:
Tuck each pleat evenly along your waist on the right side of your body. Adjust each pleat as needed.
Step #3:
Repeat steps 1 and 2 on the left side of your body. You can twist your Saree Silhouette around to make it easier to tuck in the back.
Step #4:
Put the pleated pallu of the second saree over your right shoulder from back to front. Get to the other end and start pleating.
Step #5:
Pleat until you have about two feet of saree left unpleated.
Step #6:
Stagger your pleats and tuck them into the front center of your Saree Silhouette.
Step #7:
Add a waist chain and there you have it, the Gujarati Drape with two sarees!
